Our favorite time of day is when our first batch comes out of the oven early in the morning and the fresh smell fills the entire street. We value locally grown, fresh ingredients made into traditional recipes that are gluten free AND taste amazing. Your taste buds will be happy, and we know you will too.

About the Owner

Hello, my name is Carissa Tonjum. I am the 'mother' of Mother of Gluten Free. I have been baking gluten free for a decade. As a Celiac, I know how difficult it is to find a reliable source for gluten free food; especially cookies, cupcakes, cake, etc. I have perfected the technique of adapting baked goods gluten free without sacrificing flavor or texture.
